The new website is intended to be a source of information about burl and other woods for use as knife handle material. It is also meant to be used as a tool to help find suppliers of knife making supplies and services.

We are building our new information website with interactive features that enable you to ask questions, post photographs, find suppliers and service providers, or add yourself to the Knife Makers Directory. These are just some of the features of the new website. The website is constructed in a Message Board / Forum format to make it easier to use.

You are welcome to register and take part in determining the information and photos that will be posted here.
When you register please use your own name or something similar as your user name. I will receive an email so I can approve your registration before you are able to make any posts in the forum. The site was hit by a lot of spammers so I had to do this to keep them out. The spammers tend to try to register using nonsense type user names. So any registrations with user names that do not make sense will be denied.
